Can eating healthy really taste good?! Absolutely! Try one of the smoothie recipes for yourself, don’t be surprised if you start to crave it.

Chocolate Maca Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 3 bananas – frozen
  • *1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
  • 2 – 3 dates
  • 2 tablespoons almonds (soaked for 4 hrs)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cacao – raw (or 2 tbsp cacao nibs)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 -2 cups water
  • Place all ingredients into high speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.

* Omit Maca if serving children or pregnant women

Cucumber Mint Juice

Serves 1

  • 2 cucumbers – peeled if not organic
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 lime
  • Juice ingredients and serve on ice if desired. Enjoy!

Cool Cucumber Juice

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2” ginger
  • Juice ingredients and serve chilled if desired. Enjoy!
